Low Carb Products and Books

Wonder where to buy ingredients to help with your low carb cooking?  Many items can be found in your local grocery or health food store. If you can’t find an item locally then these items are also available online. The items listed below are ones I have bought or use on a regular basis. The links to go online stores that I use myself and are reputable companies such as Amazon. I don’t suggest items I haven’t tried or have tried but don’t like them.

Please note: if you click through any of the links and purchase something you will be supporting the Plate By Plate blog (and my purchase of books for college) since I will earn a small commission on the purchase. The FTC rules require that I inform you of this. The commission isn’t much but I truly appreciate it no matter the amount.

BAKING PRODUCTS:

Ground Almond Flour

Coconut Flour

COOKING:

Shirataki Noodles (interesting pasta replacement)

Joseph’s Middle Eastern Bakery - several varieties of low carb flat breads and pitas

SNACKS ON THE GO:

Quest Bars – these are incredible and come in a wide variety of flavors. I had given up on finding a high protein, low carb bar until I found these. They taste exactly like they are suppose to (chocoalte brownie tastes like chocolate, berry tastes like berry, etc) and they don’t have a terrible protein powder taste like so many of the other protein bars do.
